Espirito Santo is known for its steep slopes and small farms which stand in contrast to the plateaus and massive farms of the the rest of Brazil. The farmers here employ a hand pick process which results in sweeter and cleaner coffees.

This coffee is full bodied with classic milk chocolate, cane sugar and almond notes. It tastes fantastic as espresso, brewed coffee and cold brew. Perfect for anyone who enjoys a more mellow cup.
