This wild and vibrant coffee comes to us from Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, a breathtaking mountain range that rises from the ocean in Northern Colombia.The coffee is full of fruit forward flavors like grape juice, cherry and strawberry. An effervescent finish makes this a unique and complex cup.

The anaerobic natural process this coffee under goes is key for the development of these bright flavors. This light roasted coffee is perfect as a drip/pourover coffee.

We recommend letting this coffee rest a bit before brewing, as we are finding peak flavors and sweetness about 2-3 weeks after roast. We also recommend a slightly coarser grind to create a more balanced cup.
